| Located at the end of Pembroke Blvd
across from the Pembroke Meadows Neighborhood Park, the pool has been serving
families for many years. Many hundreds of children have learned to
swim at the pool. Many hundreds more have honed their stroke technique
and speed as members of the Pembroke Meadows Marlins Swim Team. |

| Most Virginia Beach high school swimmers
started as summer league (VBSL) swimmers. Many former Pembroke Meadows
Marlins have swum for Princess Anne, Bayside, Kempsville and Cox High Schools. |

|
| Membership in
the pool is not restricted to the Pembroke Meadows neighborhood.
The pool commonly has members from surrounding Bayside Borough neighborhoods. |
