you can print, fill out and mail to the Civic League Pet Lost and Found.
If you see a lost animal, report it to your neighborhood Pet
Lost and Found Representative. They will arrange to have
the animal held at a local home and will then see if it matches any of
the registered pets on file. If so, the owner will be notified where
to pick up their pet. If your pet is missing, call your neighborhood
Pet
Lost and Found Representative to see if anyone has seen your pet. |
