the music and Officer Koch of 3rd precinct lead the Halloween Walk.

Richter and all those volunteers that helped provide safety for the event.
The weather was perfect,
just as ordered, and the neighbors along the way tossed candy as the goblins
and ghosts passed by their homes.
Refreshments were served
as packaged take and go once we all returned to the starting point.
Elizabeth had to make some
changes this year as she was determined to keep the event going and still
provide spacing and fun for all. She achieved her goal and the families
participating enjoyed the day. |
