Hampton Roads Chapter Military Officers Association of America   Chapter Activities

August 2014 ODU Commissioning 08/11/14 Cadet Dashawn Marshall was commissioned a 2nd Lt., US Army, Engineer Corps on 11 August 2014, in a ceremony at Old Dominion University (ODU).  Our President, COL Jim Edge, USA (RET) presented Lt. Marshall with a one year membership in National MOAA and a set of 2ndLt. Gold bars.  A reception was held in the ROTC Department. The ODU ROTC Staff conducted a professional and meaningful ceremony.
