August 2011 August 26th Luncheon The luncheon, held at the Aberdeen Barn on Northampton Blvd., featured our Congressman from the 2nd District here in Hampton Roads.   Shown above is Congressman Scott Rigell as he discussed the many challenges during his first term in Washington.   The 70 members in attendance interrupted his talk twice with applause.
