September 2007 September Luncheon The Director of the Defense Logistics Agency, Lt General Robert T. Dail was the guest speaker at our  September 14th Luncheon, held at the Atlantic Shores Retirement Community.  The Defense Logistics Agency, headquartered at Fort Belvoir, VA is responsible for providing the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and other federal agencies with a variety of logistics, acquisition and technical services in peace and war.
