July 2007 VCOC Quarterly Meeting and Cocktail Party Shown above, on the left, is our guest speaker BG Wes Taylor, USA Ret. receiving a MOAA cup from COL Bill Flanagan, USA Ret. and President of the VCOC.  The General is President and CEO of the George C. Marshall Foundation.  The VCOC cocktail party and quarterly meeting were held in the George C. Marshall Museum on the 12th and 13th of July.  COL Flanagan also presented a $200 check to General Taylor as a donation to the foundation.  Top of Page
