December 2014 AROTC Commissioning at ODU On12 Dec. COL Jim Edge, USA-Ret, our President had the pleasure and honor to participate in the U.S. Army ROTC Monarch Battalion ODU Winter Commissioning Ceremony.  Cadet Alexa Leigh Wineman was Commissioned a 2Lt. in the Medical Service Corps, U.S. Army Reserve.  Above is COL Edge presenting 2Lt.
