| Our president COL Jim Edge, USA
(Ret) presents the Jefferson Cup to CAPT Robert Geis, USN, Commanding
Officer of NAS Oceana. The CO discussed his responsibilities as Commanding
Officer of NAS Oceana, including Dam Neck, and Fentress. He stressed
that he is not responsible for the Air Squadrons that are stationed at
the air base. But he indicated that he took all of the hits for aircraft
noise. |
