| Chapter President presents a check to
Operation Pocket Field Pillows director Carol Armstrong. Carol
provided chapter members with an update on the PFP operation. The
operation will continue as long as we have troops in the Middle East.
So far 17,000 field pillows have been shipped to the deployed troops. |

| Our guest speaker was Mr. James Cody,
VA Hospital Public Affairs. He discussed the reasons to use
the VA for your health needs, and how to file. The VA Medical
Center services over 40,000 veterans. Mental health issues are huge,
particularly PTSD sufferers. COL Jim Edge, our president is
