February 2012 17 February 2012 Luncheon HRCMOAA president, CAPT Holly Hollandsworth, USN-Ret. presented the Jefferson Cup to CAPT Charles Stuppard, USN, the commanding officer of the Joint Expeditionary Base, Little Creek/Ft Story.  He gave a great presentation on how they supported all of our deployed forces at the many overseas bases.
