| Hampton Roads Chapter MOAA’s CAPT Jim Jones, USN-Ret., presenting
the Gold Bars and MOAA Certificate to 2LT Mitchell Brown, USMC.,
NROTC Consortium, Hampton Roads. The Cadets were from Hampton University,
Old Dominion University, and Norfolk State University. A total of
28 Gold Bars were given out 16 April, 2011. |
