May 2008 Veterans Memorial Park The Veterans Memorial Park, located just behind the Tidewater Veterans Memorial, was dedicated to Billy Myers, a native of Virginia Beach and a USAF veteran.  This ceremony took place after the wreath laying ceremony held earlier. Top of Page
